If you were not home when our courier came to deliver your Pass the Parcel item, a card will be left in the letter box (or other safe place). In order to arrange for redelivery, please click below.

Redeliver to the same address
give us permission to leave without a signature (you can tell us a safe place to leave the item)

Redeliver to a new address in your city (such as a work address)
give us permission to leave without a signature

Redeliver to a new address in your city

You can pay any redelivery fees by using your credit or debit card, or your Pass the Parcel account balance.
